Great Information but further editing needed

great information but could have been organized better... transitions could have been more defined...had to listen several times to get the most out of it.

Basic

Not enough details about the solutions to different attachment styles. The ecc do plantation of the attachment styles was good.

Accusatory generalizations overwhelm helpful info

This book is not made to help fearful avoidant people, but further alienate them.

Not worth it.

I was expecting more of an academic approach but instead I found a hateful and negative description of an attachment..

Quick and Straight to the point.

I think this book is best read once you already have a more deep understanding of the four attachment styles. This was a good read because it helps you in an hour to recall all that you know and helps you to make proper efforts towards a more secure relationship.

Disturbing

This is not a book to help out fearful avoidants, its a book to accuse them and make them feel worse about themselves. The accusatory tone in this book is unjustified - why write a book like this??

Strange book.

I was listening to this book for help, but all she really did was talk crap. I was feeling like maybe i need this tuff love. But then I remembered I don’t have to deal with this. Made me feel bad about myself. -book seems to have no uniform, switching back and forth between person with attachment and person dealing with them. Also talked about too many different attachments styles.

Misleading title

This is a misleading title. The content appears to be the exact same as the other titles by this author about the other attachment styles. This is about all attachment styles, with no particular focus on fearful avoidant. I wanted a book focused only on fearful avoidant attachment style. A specialized book.

All of the books in the series appear to be the same but purport to be focused on one attachment style.

Given the sensitivity and of this subject matter, I actually feel exploited.

Also, the narrator sounds like an upbeat professional cheerleader at a football game. Awful.

I wasted money I can’t get back. Don’t waste yours please. This is absolute ableist trash
