Amazing story

This is what me of the best books I have ever listened to. I love the story line and it is all around a great book.

Epic fantasy at its best

I’ve seen the reviews saying don’t start here but I did and I still loved it. Sure there are past histories but that makes me long to start at the prequels after this series. Go ahead and begin the journey with a cast of characters you will grow to love. All perfectly voiced by Travis Baldree.

Great characters and interesting story.

Interesting story line with a great group of characters that you will cheer for. Looking forward to the next book.

Both the story and narration were excellent for this. I greatly enjoyed this three book arc. All of the stories were excellent and flowed well together.

Travis B. is a great narrator, great voice range, well paced.

Mr. Kohanek is an excellent author. Great style, good pacing, well written.

Disappointed

Timmons and new elf queen are traitors and child killers. Should they not get justice?

Which side will you be on?

I loved learning the perspective of many diverse characters and how they grew to their current understanding.

Working too many hours, this story quickly became my favorite escape. I loved the journey and I’m ready for more!

Amazing author out doing himself with another epic

World building in part with the likes of J.R.R. Tolkien, R.A. Salvatore and other heavy hitters. No exaggeration, the world feels so lived in and amazing coupled with an epic story performed by one of the greatest voice actors of our time. Everything just falls into place to give you an amazing experience, even if you've never been a fan of fantasy, this would be the author to start with. the only reason I didn't give this series 10 out of 5 stars is the app wouldn't let me.

Storytelling complex.

The story was complex and engrossing. The narrative was excellent. I highly recommend this series.
