Loved it!!!

The second installment of Fae Captive does not disappoint!
We dive right into the Fae world as Allie tries her best to save her dad. The world building is brilliant and I jus trove picturing it along with all the dark Fae and other strange creatures. The hint of romance between Allie and Scouvrel is great. He is such a complex character. I can’t really figure him out. Scouvrel leaves us guessing as well. The plot twist at the end was just brilliant. Absolutely marvelous. I highly recommend the audiobook. The narrator Caitlin does a fantastic job bringing the story to life.

Nice story, enjoyed all 4 books so far but they feel chopped off to make more books which is a bit annoying

Better than expected

It's a quick listen, and pretty good for a second in series. Once again there was nonstop action and the cliffhanger makes you glad the next book is out. I would have loved some slower-downtime scenes in a few spots. I honestly don't know how the characters function after a few hours when they never seem to sleep or eat for days and days. The narrator does an amazing job bringing the characters to life.

A wicked world

This is not your typical fairy tale . This book is full of deception , betrayal , and angst . I personally wish there was a more romantic aspect here but I can understand the lack thereof also . I can't wait for the rest to come to Audible because the narration is fantastic . I have purchased quite a few of kelly's works lately and she is a new to me narrator .

Amazing Series In The Fae World!!

Fae Captive by Sarah K L Wilson is the second book in this series and picks up where the last left off.
This is an amazing series and very well written with wonderful character and rich with detail! I am so drawn in to this world, I cant put it down.
I am looking forward to the next book and highly recommend to fans of Fae stories!

Fantasy!

A cute fantasy of a young woman fighting to save her father! I enjoyed listening. Narrator was great!

A Thrill-Ride Of A Series!

I loved this book when I read it, but getting to listen to it is a whole new and thrilling experience! The narrator does a fabulous job capturing the emotions of the characters and definitely brings Allie and her story to life in the best way possible. And I thoroughly enjoyed all the deliciously fantastic plot twists that made me gasp in delight and horror (even though I knew they were coming). I highly recommend this series for anyone that enjoys a great fae book or anyone looking for a book with phenomenal world-building, a fantastic storyline, strong and treacherously tricky characters, and twists that will pull you deeper into the series. You honestly can't go wrong with this fast-paced, thrill ride of a series!

New Fave

Sarah K L Wilson was added to my favorite authors list after the first book and she made her way higher up the list after this one. I love Scovrel. I really love Caitlin Kelly'd portrayal of him. The fact that the ending had to shockers was excellent. This book had humor action with a little romance thrown in I loved everything about it except her sister. I hate her sister she was selfish before she was taken and that didn't change after. This book did not disappoint. Can't wait for the next.
