informative, not preachy, and isn't overly one-sided.

I find this a good read for anyone currently interested in having a practical discussion about immigration policy, especially as it concerns the United States and other western countries. The author isn't overtly one sided in any direction but rather he lets the data inform his discussion and lets the reader / listener make up their own mind. This book was written before Trump came into office so it's an interesting contrast to hear this discussion.
