Definitely a bell curve

Some of the stories were amazing (the bully, the new lad, and the pitcher are my top 3 favorite), some of them were terrible (booty and the beast being my least favorite), most were average. Fairly entertaining overall. Since every chapter/story had a different narrator, it's hard to review each of them, but overall I don't have any complaints. I would recommend not falling asleep while listening though because I had more than a few odd dreams take place haha

exit wounds doesn't fail to ensnare

An awesome collection of stories from such talented authors. This book kept me spellbound until the very end.

Some were great, some were okay, one was awful

All performances were good and some of the stories were very good, a few were okay and I absolutely cannot fathom how “Booty and the Beast” made the cut. I know it was supposed to be crude but the writing and story were also terrible. Otherwise, the other stories are worth a listen.

Wide variety of stories, quick enjoyable listen

I mostly enjoyed these stories except for a few that didn't have any real story or meaningful ending. The majority of them had very good endings that you don't see coming.
They were quick listens. Easy to get though without heaviness and commitment of regular lensth stories. Great for the car. The narration was fantastic for every story. It's mostly British and Scottish accents throughout with all their unique words and sayings, which I find fascinating, so Was thrilled.

Dark and twisted short stories

These are a collection of dark and twisted short mystery stories. Some I enjoyed more that others. A few I had a tough time with keeping my attention enough to know what the story was about. Maybe this would have been better if I'd read rather than listened to the stories.

Fantastic!

I loved the stories, and the collection they make together. The range of mystery and thriller sub-genres kept me guessing what twists each tale would bring.

Mixed Bag

This is like tales from the crypt. Some are okay, some are less and some make you stop and think wow. A few grab you at the end with wonderful macabre twists. I enjoyed most of the stories and most of the readers.

Compilation of stories

Some were very good and some were forgettable. the shorter the story the better in some cases.

Collection of short stories. Except for a few stories they all held my attention and it was entertaining!!
