One of her finest
I have always loved C.J. Cherryh's books and this is one of her finest series. I read this series years ago and was very pleased when the audiobooks matched the standards of the books.

Classic Cherryh Fantasy
I love the story and the Morgaine set. The narration took a little getting used to but the quality of the story made it worth the effort. It’s quite nice to be able to do other things like walking and working in the yard or around the house while listening to a good book. And this is a good book - a very nice addition to the original trilogy. I don’t know if CJ will write another but she left the gate open if she wants to!
