Everything DOES Matter!

While I already had purchased the paperback copy, I was truly excited to receive the audio version as well. The guided meditations and bonus material are superb, and need to be heard to truly experience them.

This couple, Dennis and Kathy are true wonders of mind, body and soul. This book lets you into their lives a bit, and you get to hear/read that, even if not fully. Their story is wonderful, and the way they tell of their lives and how they've transformed from corporate over-achievers to true yoga leaders is a lovely one. I highly recommend this book to any yoga practitioner or simply anyone who wants to grow and become more in their life.

I love the narrator, his voice was simply perfect. What made it even better for me were the interjections from Dennis and Kathy themselves. It truly felt as if they were simply having a conversation with the listener. And as I've said, the bonus material after the story is absolutely worth the book alone, if that's all you are looking to get from it.

Give this one a try, you will not be disappointed!

The audio is beautiful, the reader keeps your attention and you can hear all the words!! Dennis & Kathy's voice sporadically through the audio adds depth and authenticity.
