After a tough couple years, this book was just what I needed. I went into this book knowing Kristen’s story, but man, I learned so much to apply to my own life. I’m so glad this book exists.

Every time you shift, you become a new creature in Christ.

You guys. So good. So relatable with our distorted perceptions and overcoming them in Christ. I cried, I laughed out loud, I sighed in relief as I felt the Christian “mold” crumble, and I just knelt before Jesus, acknowledging my chronic humanness and my continuous dependence on Him and desire to be more like Him. And I will try, try, try all the days of my life, for He is good.

I have listened to the book twice and am about to listen to it a third. Really makes you think about your relationship with God and how you view God. Even if you’re not going through something big, I think everyone should read this book! I have recommended it to everyone I know.
