An excellent book with many facets
I really enjoyed listening to this book. I especially liked the details about Walt Disney from his early years.
The personal anecdotes and stories from the author were also much appreciated. It helps to better understand how Disney Cast Members are trained, and what type of leeway they have to make experiences very special.
