Wonderful!
I thoroughly enjoyed this story, Sandra Sookoo has a wonderful way with words that allows my imagination to fly. The narration for this book was excellent as well. Totally recommend for any looking for historical!

A lot of heartstring tugging in this one. Who's right? Which side to take? I empathized with both Em and Miles. Both their concerns were valid and important. This couple and their storyline are compelling and suspenseful. Great series gets better with each book . The betrayals are hard to endure, but this couple seems to be drawn to saving each other.. Some intense suspenseful times!! I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a good job bringing it to life.

I throughly enjoyed every second of this audiobook
action packed with fun, suspense & love. ms.sookoo does it again. I throughly enjoyed every second of this audiobook. I can't wait to start the next one! she has a great talent that keeps the listener/reader entranced. the characters are wonderful...a good solid storyline! I highly recommend it!!!

Nice mix of romance and adventure. I got this not knowing it was the second in the series, but it works well as a stand alone story. I love the heroine! I want more of her!!!
