Dry but good information
Solid book on taxes. A lot more on how to get out of your tax situation which I should have gleend from the title. But still good if you are not in trouble. Some awesome tips for small business people out there. I would recommend.

An interesting read
I got a free pretty good ideas from this book. Overall i'd say it is well written. You always run the risk of tax laws changing with this stuff though.
