This is a helpful book and interesting.I was really amazed cause this book is an ultimate beginners guide. The author is clear and explains the concepts very well.I highly recommend this book to all of you guys.

This book was incredibly helpful and informative. It clarified things I’ve been experiencing that are part of my life that I had no idea had to do with being an empath. I’m gonna listen to this book again in the future and reference it when I have questions. Very very good book.

Good book for beginners

The description gives the impression there will be exercises and guidance. The process of self-discovery, then learning about the Enneagram is an absolute must. It can help empathy begin to articulate their experience and how to manage this. I enjoyed reading. I would recommend this book.

Really impressed

This is a great overview of DBT. There is one boring part where all the different types of people DBT is good for are covered but other than that it's excellent. The readers' voice is perfect.
