This is a great start to understanding an empath.

I just wish there was more detail. I was recently told that i am an empath. I was not sure what that meant. I identified with the descriptions given here.

Thank you to the authors for writing this book. I finally understand why I feel overwhelmed all the time. I’m now consciously aware that often when I’m feeling “off”, it’s because I’m around someone else feeling off and it’s not coming from me.

A Lot Of Information

This audiobook has a lot of information easy to digest. Tips on why it is hard to be around crowds at times. Thoughtful and enlightening and full of informative life information that is important to an Empath and how they function. This is a great helpful book.

I was surprised to find this to be a very comprehensive guide to well-being. Very clearly written, very practical, and a thorough holistic approach to awakening, healing, and flourishing.

A Gift for Empaths from Empaths

This is a great guidebook, written by the author and hearts of two people who care greatly about the topic. For so very long empaths, sensitives, have been mistreated and misunderstood.

Voice is a Robot...So painful! Why???
