Surprised this works!
At first listen this audio seemed awkward but I listened through the whole guided meditation. I was amazed how calm and relaxed I felt. Situations that normally annoy me were not a big deal and I was able to brush off! I’m so grateful I found this and it’s only 30 minutes Hope this helps

Honestly, I didn't read the entire title. I planned on playing this for background noise while at work. Definitely worth the download and listen. Thanks, George Nathan and Robert Gazy for an excellent listening experience! It was so great, I've been on Audible faithfully for months and this is my first review!

Exactly what I was looking for
Only used today for first time but the affirmations are superb and easily listened to repeatedly during my workday. I like the affirmations and then the repeat feature to fully let it sink in. I’m very pleased I found this. My past experiences with affirmations via audio have been excellent with great results and this is very similar.

People need to listen to this
I truly truly love & believe in this whole concept! it's something I've always strived to do h didnt even realize it. Now I really want to take the EQ test. I want my husband to read it now, my kids to be taught this (more intentionally) and it's even a great sort of "training" to implement at work! So glad I came across this.
