Where's the emotional eating information?
The hypnosis is fine, but unless the wrong book was delivered to me, there is not one word mentioned about Emotional Eating! And I listened to it twice in case I fell asleep on it. I'm very curious what others say about the emotional eating aspect.

Tree of Knowledge?
Of all the million items that can be referenced in hypnosis, why would the author use the tree of knowledge (the specific one that God forbade to Adam and Eve) be used for a subliminal purpose? If you are a Christian, I would not recommend this one.
