Very Helpful
I've got a huge sugar addiction that I've been unable to shake. I came across this hypnosis and started using it every morning immediately following my normal meditation. I'm already feeling like the taste of sugar detests me.

Negative suggestions
I've been hypnotized before and was left with positive suggestions that were very helpful. This guy leaves you with negative suggestions associated with sweet tastes that are very unhelpful and could frankly cause damage. He suggests you associate sweet tasting things with some trama from your youth. How is that helpful? Don't buy into this! It is not the beneficial solution it claims.
