Incredible story of overcoming overwhelming odds

I've known addicts in my life but have never understood their circumstances. Probably because none of them understand it with the introspection, intelligence or clarity that Mark has. Walking you through his life you are right there in his torment and agony, as well as the child like joy when meeting his wife. He then walks you through the very specific steps and exercises he himself used to overcome his very powerful self hatred and self loathing to become an incredibly powerful force for change in society. Anyone wanting to live themselves or forgive themselves and step off the ledge needs to read this! It will change your life!

Anybody who has negative self talk and feels that they can't accomplish what they want needs to hear this story. Becoming successful despite his past, this book identifies the self limiting beliefs we all have and how to navigate them.

Truly Transparent, Transformative and Authentic

To hear his authentic story from the beginning, the circumstances that led him to play the victim. How he turned his obstacles into the fuel he needed to overcome his past and help so many people! Who is better to understand and help than someone who has been through the trenches. The bonus is the 2nd part of the book where he teaches you step by step how to overcome being the victim. Amazing book

Powerful!!!

This is an extremely powerful story of Mark’s hardships and tragedies of childhood and early adulthood! He was close to death 3-4 times and lucky to be alive to tell his story. I admire his honesty and authenticity! It’s a perfect book...you get his story followed by the lessons learned and actually shows you how to change your mindset along with using your past as fuel your success! A MUST READ if you want to embrace your past and win your future.

Life changing

After reading this book and being a personal client of Marks I have been able to accomplish things I never thought possible due to my limiting beliefs. It is a constant struggle and the thoughts will never go away, but I have learned how to use them for good!!

I'm ready to believe in myself!

Loved this book. The author takes us on a trip to his past and the many hardships he's endured. He is honest and open about the depths of his childhood hell and the life it led him to as a young adult. He decided that was not enough for him and he didn't want to regret this one life and he took drastic and well though out steps to overcome his demons and here is is to share his story today in the hopes that everyone can see their true potential for greatness. I'm inspired and ready to win my future, too!

Ready to be fully engaged and see yourself in the mirror?

Mark's story had me on the edge of my seat wondering "Holy crap when is this guy going to get to the transformation part, this can't get worse!"
I feel like I have a completely different understanding of what it means to be an addicted person. I get to appreciate what my partner has survived a lot more than I did prior.

Part 2 gave me a kick in the ass to realize I'm playing small due to a lot of fear. Excited to fully step out of victim mode and play way bigger. Thanks Mark!
