Laura Huang knows how to captivate and delight! This was a timely book to read, and I could relate to the principles, and saw parallels at work. It was really affirming to see my journey in the author, and steps I could take in my interactions.

Truly gained a ton of insight from Edge! So much of success in life and careers are contingent on someone else's opinion. Edge provides valuable examples of how people triumphed with so much obstacles in their way. Laura goes on to explain how enriching, delighting, guiding, and effort play a role in getting others to see sides of your diamond that deserve acknowledgment. I found it invaluable to learn how to persuade judgment when perceptions seem like they cannot be changed. This book is an inspiration!

Perfect for Early Career Professionals

The principles shared throughout this audiobook are practical and leave you asking yourself deep and intentional questions. I would suggest this book for those needing a little development reinforcement.

This was my first time listening to this narrator. She did a great job and I was captivated the entire time.

Best entrepreneurship listen this year

Great audiobook. Educational mix of understanding what you can personally offer in business, psychology, and hussle. Very relatable as a small business owner and interesting case studies of successes and failures. Narrator is the author, which I always enjoy.

Do yourself a favor and get this book! It's basically a must have for anyone who wants to learn how to turn their perceived "weaknesses" into super assets!

Great book!

This book transforms research findings into practical insights and combines those with great stories to provide readers with a set of valuable principles for overcoming adversity to do well in almost any field of human endeavor. It is particularly relevant to entrepreneurs, business people and academics but I bet almost anyone would benefit from listening to this and applying the principles.

The book is read by the author and she does so brilliantly.

It is a great listen.

A How-To Manual For Outsiders

I did not have a name for the things I often do in order to overcome being an outsider. Now I do, in language that’s easy to understand AND with examples anyone else can implement.
