Good adventure with characters with depth.

If you liked Firefly, you will like this story. Interesting characters in an engaging story.

great and entertaining story....

I loved the story, fun, entertaining, suspenseful and exciting!
but the reader was good with the characters voices, but monotone otherwise.
it would have been better if he didn't sound like he was wispering the whole time.

Couldn't stop listening

The narrator put me off at first with the changing volume of characters and the voice he chose for the captain, BUT after awhile it really grew on me. Every character is distinct and he captures the attitudes of the scenes and action very well.

The story takes you to 4 world's and through space. Loved all the different species.

i have enjoyed the story, would be interested in checking out the rest of the series.

Monotone

the book would be better if the narrator wasn't so monotone. Maybe get a different narrator?
