Let me just say I've spent years upon years doing work on myself. All different types and therapies. This has been 100 percent the most accurate, insightful and helpful for me out of all of it. Her Youtube channel, her books and her course " Soul Centering After Toxic Shame" have done so much for me in a much shorter period of time. Super grateful to have found Stacy Hoch and her work.

Stacy's way with words and spoken reflected truths of her life were just the thing any thirsty girl needs. If you are yearning for change and a deeper understanding of the narcissistic/empath dance and how to step outside of the cycle- this book is for you. Stacy is an amazing writer and storyteller and I highly recommend this book. Her metaphors and poise, in describing her learned situational awareness has allowed me to apply these tactics to my own life. She has a calling to speak truth to those with ears of understanding willing to listen.
