Acerca de esta escucha

Going deep into the studies of dyslexics and their strengths and weaknesses, the author of this book highlights some of the most overlooked aspects of the reading disability. He goes on to say that dyslexia is definitely hereditary and shows various examples and studies to back his statements.

Then, he poses the question: “What is the reading gene?” in a less literal way. In the end, the author emphasizes on a number of tips teachers can take away to handle those with dyslexia better.

This audiobook is an important part of a study that seems to explain the very essence of dyslexia, a precious gem to those who are involved in the topic.

Another book by the same author/narrator that I enjoyed as well. It's like it's a series or something. So yeah, this one fits my style as well, since it's by the same author, and I liked the narrator anyway. For those of you who want to know more, this is probably the second book int he series, and it definitely applies.

Another one

This is a good guide for those who like to learn more about dyslexia. Of course it is. And yes, you don't have to read it. I think dyslexic people would enjoy an audiobook better anyway. Isn't that ironic?

Not too shabby

Yes, it was amazing. And I don't often use that word. The author has really laid out some interesting thoughts about dyslexia, things that others haven't thought of, I think. At least to me, a lot of the information was new. That's all.

Amazing book

That could have been the title of this book. But yeah, it's all about what goes on in a dyslexic mind, their strengths, their creativity, and their talents; while at the same time, acknowledging their weaknesses and their short attention span (sometimes) or hyperfocus on certain things.
