A suspenseful read!
Can the MC turn old friends into new allies?
My word! Boy, does the author know how to grab your attention and your attention never wavers away from this book - the suspense, the action make it so worthwhile and impossible to leave the book even for a split second.
So much happens that my mind was blown. The writing was freaking brilliant and perfect. Wonderful world building. Absolutely love the dragons.
Full of mystery, danger, dragons, dragon riders, secrets, ancient prophecies, enemies, loyalty, battle, darkness, action, suspense and allies.
Perfect for readers of fantasy romance.
Wonderful narration. Definitely recommend this series on audiobook!

I don’t think you can start in the middle
While this is obviously part of a series, this book doesn’t provide any context or background to help readers starting in the middle. If you’re going to give this series a try, start at the first book. That may seem obvious, but some books do a fantastic job of helping the reader (or listener) catch up. The story is fast paced. The characters are hard to connect with, but the premise is very interesting.
