I have been a long time listener to Heather's podcast, but just recently got around to reading the book. I wish I had read it sooner. The insights and truths she shares really set me free in areas I have struggled with. I really enjoyed how she read the book too. I definitely recommend this book to any mom looking to gain practical and easy action items to improve and reframe their motherhood journey. This book was a blessing to me!
