NOW let me say that I LOVED this book. I found myself on a camping trip with no wifi and kids asleep at 8 in the tent, so I took out a headlamp and dove in. Megan makes meditation feel extremely light & accessible. The tactics in the book are do-able and fun. I realized I was putting so much judgment on myself for how "bad" I am at meditating which after reading I know is SILLY.
Such a breath of fresh air! I cannot recommend enough!
