Very useful

I work in public accounting and felt stuck in the way I relate to others and resolve challenges. Every chapter of this book gave me actual action items I can take away and implement with colleagues and clients. I intend to listen to the book again to pick up on any bits I may have missed the first time. Out of any book I have listened to, this one takes the prize as most useful so far.
