Scifi Adventure

This is a fun scifi adventure survival series. A group of people were sent to a new planet to fend for themselves and learn to survive. I enjoyed the first book with it's twists and turns and am looking forward to the next one.

Vivid & Compelling

If you want a vivid portrayal/example of some of the possible outcomes of colonizing a fertile planet (with a sci-fi/fantasy twist), then read this story.

Warning: Some of the darkest elements of human nature are portrayed in this story. I do not recommend it for young adults. Of course, I would have read it anyway.

Descriptions

I liked the descriptions of the terrain. Also liked development of the characters, both human and animal.
