A good book to get started

This was a useful book to help deal with common anxiety issues, helpful hints and exercises to help combat stress and anxiety. Definitely a beggining book and not for severe anxiety, but if you suffer from regular anxiety this is a good book.

Practical and helpful!

When experiencing anxiety, a really structured approach to overcome it is needed. It cannot be coped with ongoing emotions. This audiobook is a great companion in the journey of recovering from anxiety. The narration is great and it's easy to follow while listening.

Excellent Introductory Guide to Anxiety

This audiobook on Disentangle Your Anxiety is well-written and easy to follow while being professionally narrated. The story is well organized, defining anxiety, signs, and symptoms. The steps to recognize and take action regarding findings are helpful, as it is essential for self-awareness. The author does a great job of letting the listener know that going from mild anxiety to a more pronounced case can happen without being noticed by the person. The author shares self-experiences, making the information more relatable and personable to the listener. I recommend this audiobook for those beginning to feel anxious or to determine if they have anxiety and start preventing an escalation of it from becoming more of a debilitating illness.
