starts slow but gets good fast!

starts a bit slow but picks up decently fast. in to book 2 now!

Really enjoyed this

This book had me all wrapped up, I purchased it on a whim and it didn’t let me down, even has some good humor.
That being said, you might want to stop here.

Couldn’t make it through the second. The authors get bogged down and fills several chapters with political bs. I didn’t buy a book to escape, only to wind up having to rehash every thing because the authors can’t find anything else to make the story more relatable to the readers. Took a decent mc and made him a simp.

Overall good and intriguing story

Growing up I enjoyed watching adventure/fairytale movie. Never grew up reading or listening to stories. So I’m tried something new and I am very much enjoying these types of stories. From a novice viewpoint I see the stories are great starting point if you want to get into these types of stories. I am for sure going to start the next book.

The...... narrator........reads.......so......slow

The narrator reads extremely slow! needed to crack up to 1.75x to make it barebale

MC is a SIMP

I couldn’t make it past the first fight.

Absolutely awful, the narration is so slow that there’s no sense of urgency during the beginning of the book and it some how sees slower during the first fight.
I hate it when authors claim the main character is a gamer or pro gamer then make them incompetent fools about the only thing they’re supposedly good at.

Main character of this so useless and whiny!

What a whiny useless main character I’m sure maybe after while he may become tough or or meaner. But once he got captured I just kind of lost interest in this entire book. I think I’m going to try to get my money back.

great story but..

great story but narration strives to put you to sleep with quiet voice and lack of voices.

I really tried

I was really trying to enjoy it, I really was and I was hanging in there too. Then people were dying around the MC, like he witnessed a decapitation but it all comes to halt to freak out because he touched a boob while trying to save someone. He is in the middle of a massive battle and he needs to start apologizing because he touched a boob, an enemy's boob at that, in the middle of battle, people are dying around him, people are trying to kill him, it was a boob. I stopped the book right then and there and lost all hope for the outcome of the story.
