great book

this is a great book with so many cool tools that you can use for redirecting your kids and disciplining them well. it definitely gave me ideas about being a more safer parent and checking myself over making sure that I'm making good decisions and showing a good example to my kids

Must Read (or listen)

I would highly recommend this book to all parents seeking to use wise and effective discipline with their children to build into them godly character. They made some very important points I had not considered before, even helping me to understand some of the feelings I’d had as a child when facing discipline for specific events. The last half of the book is completely practical application which I found SO helpful.

Every parent should read it

I loved all the practical suggestions and how it continuously points to the gospel. It has the much needed nuance that other Christian parenting resources are sadly lacking
