the connection to the first 4 books that started this series

I didn't want it to end, I am so enthralled in this this story. it has me captured and I want to hear more and find out if cryogenic gets kids and what more happens with sprig

I fell in love with all the characters & will definitely be checking out the other titles Stacey has written.

Also, the performance of the narrators was amazing
You could feel and hear the emotion in their voices. 5 stars.

Yo ho it’s a pirate book for me

This book will catch your attention and hold it to the end. The stories twine in and out of each other with ease and then wrap with a beautiful bow. Love the the spice

Pirates, and a haughty fantasy sexy love story. Spice is the perfect burn as you join two fainted mates in an adventure of betrayal, revelations and plot twist.

loved it. amazing writing all the fun and spice of the savage lands series in a different form. I can't wait for the third one.

Holy Honey Tits!!!

Heart pounding, tear jerking, page turning perfection!!! Stacey NEVER disappoints!!! The amount of times I had to set this down to take deep calming breaths would put most to shame! Ten out of ten HIGHLY recommended!!!

A bit too action packed…I was tired by then end! Excellent narration!!!!!

Running high all the time, the author needs to know when to shift. It began to feel like a sprinting marathon and became exhausting. Good thing most of the characters are supes, as humans die from that much prolonged action without adequate sleep or food. Do they ever catch a break? NO. Do they have an annoying plot device that fixes problems, but not really as they always have a chase scene? Yes. Kill the sprite.

The narrators must have had very, very sore throats and required many breaks to spend so many hours yelling. Great narration!! I really applaud these two for their stamina and consistency. After listening to the first I looked at other work they’ve done for more books…not all are as well written as this. This was more than narration, it was true voice acting.

Off to find the author’s other books that likely introduce some of these characters.

Personally, meaning the my opinion of the book and series is just that; mine. The characters, the deep nature of emotions, no matter fae, human, cross breeds, scientifically altered; there is something that can bring us together; UNDERSTANDING!!!! Our experiences are different and yet so similar and understanding. I absorbed much CJ from her Savage Lands series and this series.

my favorite author!

This whole series is amazing, from the darkness series all the way to this series that wraps up the story. I have listened to the entire series 4 times and it never gets old!
I loved the story line, how the author catches each characters emotions and thoughts. the twists and turns as the story processes is just amazing, you think you know where it might lead and BAM! something happens to flip the story line!
the only thing I disliked and actually got on my nerves is that sprigs voice was totally different and to me, didn't fit his character in the previous books. Also the yelling got on my nerves, the previous people that read for the characters were so good and i loved listening to them but for some reason this series got to me. if I wasn't such a die hard fan I wouldn't listen to all of this book. which sucks because I love, love, love this whole series!!!!
