Masterclass!

This book is a master class on how to be a leader and also how to develop leaders. very little fluff. very straight to the point. a must read for all leaders!

Anyone who is interested in building their leadership skills and the people around them should read this book and tell others!

Developing the Leaders Around You

The author is on track with the book and is very insightful and almost inspriational at times throughout the audiobook. It contains the common sense approaches to developing the managers and or leaders around you. It expounds on the benefits of utilizing his methodology. I would recommmend it to all.

Good outline for Leadership Development

The author outlines a great plan for leadership development of subordinates as well as developing oneself. I plan to look into his other books.

The author should not read his own book. The audio quality felt like it was recorded in the 1940s, rather than the 1990s.
