Another heart stopping book ..

This book will light a fire under you. The disrespectful way the antichrist is behaving will let you know how close to the end things are.

Great story, bad narrator

I don’t understand why, when a publisher changes narrator in a series, as they did starting with an earlier book in this series, they don’t require them to listen to prior narrators for how the characters are depicted. Who thought it was a good idea for Nicolae to suddenly sound like Count Dracula?? It’s horrible! And Leon is suddenly some goon from NYC? And what’s with the breathy end to each sentence? Awful. Too bad I’m so invested in this series, as this has taken a disappointing turn.

Hard Listen

I love this series, the characters, and the message. However, Frank Muller’s narration style made it difficult to get through books 8 and 9. The breathy, drawn out delivery of the dialogue and action was very distracting, and I often found myself backing up and enduring it again so I could try to get past his delivery and absorb what was going on in the story. Worth it in the end, because the story is engaging, the characters are sometimes infuriating yet endearing, and their adventures will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Different Narrator

I’ve read these books numerous times. Wonderful books. This is the first toke I’ve listened to them in audiobook form. My only complaint is we went from a narrator who didn’t do accents to a guy who does accents. Kinda weird

Longtime listener

I usually have a budget for how much I spend in a month on Audible books. I will change off and listen to the plus catalog in between books in a series. Not this series! I can't wait to hear the next book. Very well written and I find I care for characters in this series and move onto the next book so I can hear their story!
I Love the Bible content and references to becoming a true child of God and believing in Jesus Christ our Savior. A plus is picking out key scriptures I can reference in the Bible.
Down side - Book 8 and 9 are narrated by Frank Muller. Might just be me, but I found myself loses the story or interest due to his portrayal of the characters, sometimes replaying chapters several times because I didn't remember what was just narrated. Unfortunately his reading is monotone with not much inflection and attempts to use different voices for some of the characters mostly Charpathia only remind me of a cartoon Dracula. Sorry, not being mean. Just my opinion. It was so bad for me I consider not listening to the book 9. Glad I did. Now for great news.
Book 10 Richard Ferrone returns as the Narrator. I will seek our books narrated by Richard Ferrone and how I found the Left Behind Series., Personally, I like his choices in books to narrates and his voice is confrontable and easy to listen to, and he brings the characters life. I read all these books when they first came out then donated them to my church. Listening now reminds me that end times are close.

Love this series!!

I’ve both read this series and listened to it several times…each time getting something good from it. It definitely seems like the end times are getting closer than ever!

Please don’t change narrators!

I got used to the character voices with the first narrator and the second one made everyone sound different. His voice is breathy, which is annoying.

Awesome book, disappointing narrator

The series is SO good but why didn’t anyone tell him he says Zion’s name wrong?? And the characters feel far off from how the original narrator painted them.
