A good story.

I love the performance of these stories by to narrators. It gives the story depth. And I loved this one, I wasn’t sure I would. It was a pleasant surprise.

Such a good book I loved the story and the connection between characters. Can't wait to start the next one!

Loved the love and suspense, with the twins.
Definitely a HEA. Hope to read more about the Mafioso and family.

Good Start

This was a good start to the series, I've been a long time fan of Browning and am familiar with these characters through her other series but just never got to this one it was good to get the backstories, Narration was ok but not sure the voices really went with the characters.

I had read this book before but hearing it like this had me hanging on every word. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone

Great Low Angst Mafia Story

This is my first Terri Anne Browning book and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I loved Scarlett and Tori's relationship. Ciro was totally alpha but soft when it came to Scarlett. The narrator's were very good. Looking forward to the other characters' books.

Good Story

This was a really good mafia story. Loved Coro and Scarlet as a couple. Their pull is strong and their chemistry is hot. Love the closeness with the twins. Scarlet is such a bad-a$$. Narrators did a good job. Can’t wait for the next book.

What did you love best about Defying Her Mafioso?

Scarlett and Victoria's relationship, I loved how they were always there for each other. The trouble they get into at the beginning was also fun to watch.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Adrian, I can't wait to listen to his story. I love alpha men and from what we see in this story he's all alpha!

What about Chip Hurley and Violet Strong ’s performance did you like?

They both had a good tone and changed their voices accordingly.

Overall this was an enjoyable low angst light mafia read.
