Resumen del Editor

Cliff Baxter is approached with a dream job, but it means time away from the man he loves and the family he’s only just reconciled with. When opportunity knocks twice and another unexpected offer comes his way, he and Paul make a decision neither dreamed possible, changing their lives forever.

Paul Monroe has everything he’s ever wanted - the man he loves, the respect of his coworkers...everything except the answer to his first murder investigation, the only case he’s never been able to solve.

Who killed Ginny Sweeten?

Follow along with Paul and his partner, Rob, as they wade through years-old evidence and piece together Thornwood Park’s most notorious cold case, leading to its startling and unexpected conclusion.

Good story. Good narration.

This felt like a nice resolution to the series. The potential for more exists, but events that happen in this story make a nice finale This book felt like more polished than previous books in the mystery and police procedural elements. The story was engaging and the narration was well performed.

Death Tells a Tale

I loved this series but I was disappointed with this final book. The previous books were so well done and the details were tight, this one not so much. Some of the details were wrong from previous books. And I found it sad that Cliff and Paul’s relationship was still so superficial. I’ve been so looking forward to this audiobook, though with a little sadness because it’s the final, but now that it’s over just disappointed at the way it ended. This is one of my most listened to series but I’m not sure I’d want to listen to this one again.

Exceptional Narration

Great narration, great story, boom did not end with any missing questions for any of the characters
