I already knew the books. It's one of my favorite series. Surprisingly it wasn't mangled in this audio version. The music wasn't too loud either.

Good movie in my mind

Ok I liked the first book now book 2 ( dead man rising) you will be lost and isolated from the main story because of the amount complaining and grief about her demon she lost in book1 ,even though the answer is there in the early pages of the story. I don’t know but if I knew this I would have skipped it.
I honestly got frustrated more listening to the audio format. Really the whole 11 hours is all about bitching and grieving and T last 58 minutes the story get excited and end .
The storyline is maximum 2 hours.
