This audio book was recommended to me by my friend who likes stuff about Dark Psychology and Hypnosis. I found it interesting. Narration is clear and understandable.

Insightful

R.J. Anderson does an excellent job explaining the various theories in psychology and how they can be implemented from a defensive point as we all how to counter the misuse. Each theory is broken down & explained with realistic examples. I would like to see a workbook that helps the reader personalize the each technique.

The content of this book did not live up to the title, and back matter. I was disappointed that it seemed like I could’ve gotten every bit of this information from googling neurolinguistic programming.
