I really liked be Sierra alot and Winona is a great narrator for her it was like I read it for the first time I was so hooked

Good start to the series!

I really enjoyed the story. It grabbed my attention from the start and continued to hold it the entire book! I liked the characters and the dynamic between them. I can’t wait to see what happens in book 2!

Spellbinding!

I loved the world that was created, the book starts off with a punch of magic and action and keeps going from there!!!!

Excellent paranormal (YA great)

I received this audiobook free for an honest review as a member of Pink Flamingo Productions Review Team. The author brings you in and doesn't let you go. This a very complex paranormal. I love a young woman finding out she has power and discovers the extent. There is still more to the story that I assume will be revealed in future books. Loved the characters in this book. The romance of Sierra and Gavin is touch and go. Very exciting. The narrator does an excellent job with the characters, their personalities and the overall story. Looking forward to more books in this series.

This is a very interesting book. It takes a little while to get to know all the different kinds of magic that people have but after the first few chapters it is good. I have bought book two to continue the story as I enjoyed it that much.

Dark Legacy (Dark Legacy Series, Book One) is the first book in this ya paranormal series that brings magic, mystery and suspense. This author has created a complex world with a original storyline. The story is fast paced with compelling characters. Sierra is a interesting character to get to know. This author weaves mystery into the storyline. Thee is more time the story which picks up in book two.

Winona Owen narration was smooth and easy listening. Her inflection is sweet and fit the mc Sierra Reeves.

Sierra's life changed so fast but it makes her stonger and she never gives up even when it would be easy to. And with Gavin on her side helping her learn about this world she is apart of now. She is showing this new world that she is stronger and not going to go down easy that she will not be taken so easily.

Such a fun ride!

This was such a fast pace read for me. The beginning of the story certainly grabs your attention and the mystery of who can be trusted is great. If you enjoy a slow burn romance and a fantasy story with a bit of mystery then consider picking this one up.

Exciting Slow Burn, New Adult Urban Fantasy

Sierra Reeves woke up one morning as an average 18 year old girl, ready to take the stage, receive her high school diploma and then party with her best friend. The latter part never happens. With one unexpected move, the life as she knows it shatters. I've got to hand it to her, with all the sh-- that's been handed to her, she manages to adapt to the situation quite well.

I was not prepared for all of the action with a deranged killer on the loose! It went all Game of Thrones there several times. As the description suggests, this is definitely Shadow Hunters (orphan with new powers) meets True Blood (with all of the politics involved). I'm excited for the next book: Sierra and Gavin grow closer, and they're off to London, England for answers! #AudiobookObsessionReviewer
