She emphasizes a reliance on sisterhood and spirituality while building self confidence and honoring value driven life decisions. Sheryl did her think in this book. A transparent, real, and raw look at life's valleys and mountains and how to navigate them all in love, kindness, and humility. She also reminds us to create and value genuine sisterhood amongst women from all walks of life. 100/100. I definitely recommend for women of all ages. It has the potential to inspire, transform your thinking and behaviors.
