An improvement over the last book

I absolutely loved the first book. To this day it is the only version of a "smart zombie" that I think makes the story better. The second book didn't catch my ear as much as the first, tho. This book definitly improved on that. Great story, perfect narration. I can't wait for the next book.

Not bad

Better than the previous. I like all the well thought out characters and the twist on your typical zombie mixed with EOTWAWKI. The only negative is that Christian is such a slow thinker. Everyone else can see the plot twist coming a mile away but he can’t? I get it at the beginning of the event that he has some things to learn. But why is he always the last to figure obvious things out? Plus that talkative teen would not have lived that long without everyone going off on her about her noise from the beginning. I mean really. Fish would have taped her mouth closed months ago.

But....where is part 4?? I just found this series but looks like it's been a few years since book 3 was released... hoping book 4 will be out soon!

What a GREAT series!!!

I happened to come across this series by accident. I decided to choose this series by way of the narrator. If I liked the narrator then best chances I will get through the book. Honey let me tell you that Joshua Story's voice is absolutely stimulating!! It's like he's talking just to you. The way he changes his voice for each character is so damn cool.

Now the book: I really enjoyed this book/series. Loads of action and what one would rightfully call a thrilling page-turner. J.D. It was beautifully written. I was so happy that is was on audible because I listened to it everywhere I went from the car to the house..LOL Combat action Crazy beasts
(Tickle) really great stuff!! At one point I had to turn it off because I got spooked..LOL I really loved the characters my favorite (FISH) and their struggles to overcome almost every obstacle in their way. I know book 3 just became available but I want more!!
