Not the Same Trevor?
I enjoyed the story overall, but there are several continuity issues that make it hard to see this book as part of the same world. obviously it's meant to be with the se characters in both and such.
1. The lore you established in book 1 doesn't seem to match book 2 :
a. mates seem to recognize each other instantly in the case of Steven and drake but it seems in this one you have to a heightened interest that has to be fostered into love.
b. if you need true/pure love or fated mates to produce children where did Trevor's omega son from book 1 come from.
2. In the first book Alpha Trevor Reluson has an omega son that is old enough to mated off putting him at atleast 36 ( age is not a problem for being mated to Ethan) but there is no mention of the son in this book at all.
3. somewhere you should clarify this book starts before the other book ends timeline wise. because I thought it was a sequel until it's pointed that Steven hasn't had his baby yet.
also I understand the angst is necessary but I thought I was gonna get whiplash from ethanol emotions.
overall good story and great concept.
