Shaun and Georgia Mason got out. That's the story people tell, anyway. They told the truth and they lived happily ever after, somewhere in the wilds of Canada. But running away is complicated, and when circumstances force them to return to what they left behind, they'll have to face the consequences of their own actions . . . and the actions of others.

Reseñas de la Crítica
"Astonishing ... a fascinating exploration of the future."—New York Times
"While there's plenty of zombie mayhem, political snark, and pointedly funny observations here, the heart of this book is about human relationships, which are still the most important thing in the world...even in a world where you might have to shoot the person you love most in the head, just to stop them from biting off your face."—Locus on Feed
"Feed is a proper thriller with zombies. Grant doesn't get carried away with describing her world or the virus. She's clearly thought both out brilliantly, but she doesn't let it get in the way of a taut, well-written story."—SFX on Feed
"The story starts with a bang as corruption, mystery, danger and excitement abound."—RT Book Reviews (4.5 stars) on Feed
"Gripping, thrilling, and brutal... Shunning misogynistic horror tropes in favor of genuine drama and pure creepiness, McGuire has crafted a masterpiece of suspense with engaging, appealing characters who conduct a soul-shredding examination of what's true and what's reported."—Publishers Weekly (Starred Review) on Feed
"Intelligent and intense, a thinking-person's post-apocalyptic zombie thriller set in a fully-realized future that is both fascinating and horrifying to behold."—John Joseph Adams on Feed
"I can't wait for the next book."—N.K. Jemisin on Feed
"It's a novel with as much brains as heart, and both are filling and delicious."—The A. V. Club on Feed
"OK, all of you readers who want something weighty and yet light, campy and yet smart, horror with heart, a summer beach read that will stay in your head and whisper to you "what if," Deadline is just what you are looking for."—RT Book Reviews on Deadline
"Deft cultural touches, intriguing science, and amped-up action will delight Grant's numerous fans."—Publishers Weekly (starred review) on Deadline

I enjoyed that our returning heroes Georgia and Shawn were the main focus again, set in Canada, a few years after the Events of the 3rd Installment of the Series happened. And the book spends almost 4 1/2 chapters to catch us up on how there live is now and where they live and the issues they have to face. in example how Shawn still has Mental Breakdowns and hears and sees the Georgia that is only in his head, while Georgia has Nightmares about the Hospital Room that she was Made in. then the story completely changes to how Georgia has the possibility of passing, then they get to Doctor Abbie's Lab with in a few Pages told the reasoning for the scare, all there friends show up and her surgery. and she survives. the entire story of the advents could have been made into a true book for the series but the story is watered down beyond belief to fit into a short 4 hour window.
Not Really Necessary

Warning: this review will contain spoilers to the other Newsflesh book. If you have not read at least the first three – you will have the main plots of the series spoiled.
Okay, now that I got that out of the way, Mira and Newsflesh is back. Not just that Georgia and Shaun are back… yes you read that correctly. Back from the Great White North. Coming To You Live is easily one of the most satisfying books I’ve read in this series. It had everyone that I knew and loved in it. Shaun, Georgia, and if I list anyone else it will spoil the story. Just the fact that this story bounces back and forth between Shaun and Georgia’s point of views made it a winner to me.
There is just something about this series that makes it perpetually enjoyable. Grant keeps finding stories that I want to read. She even calls some of the other stories out in this one once we run into one of the old gang. There are obvious call-backs to Deadline but there are some slighter call-backs to probably my favorite novella: How Green This Land, How Blue This Sea.
I don’t know what else to write about this book other than I really enjoyed hearing Shaun’s point of view again. And hearing from both the “real” and “not” versions of Georgia was both a mind-mess and probably one of the most interesting parts of Coming To You Live.
I keep asking for more and it sounds like Grant keeps giving it to me – little by little.
