Maybe I'm not 'artsy' enough to appreciate this book. There seems like very little of an arcing story through out the book. You get scenes and snipets of Banja's life, but other than her being in them, there seems like little purpose or connection between them. Sadly not my type of book, because from the description I was really hoping for a connection since some of the events listed I've dealt with in my own life. Overall the book depressed me.
