I have read about six books on the topic of "sex self help" in the past several months and this one changed EVERYTHING! Emily is funny and smart and relatable and nonjudgmental. Her advice completely changed the way I think about my sexuality and may just end up saving my marriage. I am SO grateful. Buy this book! Buy it now!

GREAT, but if she said the feels one more time.

For ladies, the men that love them and couples. Some language is extremely redundant, which becomes annoying by the third chapter.

Arthur does an extraordinary job of crushing myths and b*******.

Required Reading for EVERYONe

One of the best books I've read. The science is clear, topic fascinating, and author authentic. Men need to read this to understand their partners but more importantly to understand themselves. Though this book is about women's sexuality, the lessons here are applicable to all sexes and in multiple areas of your life. It should be mandatory reading to all people when they turn 16.

This book changed my life, gave me hope, backed up everything with science and relevant information, and helped me grow. Every woman should read this if she wants a greater understanding of herself and the world around her, not only in relation to sex but in everything she does. A heartfelt thank you to the author- you have made a very large impact on my life!

Feeling proud of your sexuality

You will learn about the misconceptions passed on to you from society and family. She will give you techniques to get to the truth. She will teach you how to get out of the falsehoods about sexuality. You will feel confident and will feel empowered by realizing the simple truths. She includes many references from books abs scientific research. Her experience makes her creditable for this subject. I recommend this book for women and men.

By the time I got to the last chapter, my point of view had flipped upside down.
I mostly feel blessed to be in control of my own sexual well being, and that's only because now I understand it better than I ever thought possible.

Excellent!

This book is a changing lifes one. Its science is awesome and discovers tons of sexuality aspects that i had no idea exist. She, the author, not only reveals but also guides you on how to acquire a better and much healthier perspective of sex. I love this book. It has also changed my life.

Life changing

I was in complete distress about my lack of sexual “cravings” and my husband was sad and sick of being turned down. Just as we were about to throw in the towel and call it quits on being each other’s life sexual partners, we both listened to this book and it is as if the dark sex storm cloud has been lifted and we are free. This book is enlightening, entertaining and all around life changing.

I highly recommend it for anyone who was born with a vagina or wants to be in a relationship with someone who has a vagina, or even those to relate more to women in general.
