Simple yet to the point , honest and compassionate

I loved it! I was able to identify with many of the subjects. The narrator was clear and understandable. I would definitely re-elect this book to read again, lot to learn and put into practice. Strike a sense of interest in the other books author offers. can't wait to hear to add those to my library collection! I have found a gold mine! Very thankful 🙏😊 - Kay

I've read a few books on this topic and this is a very short summary. it's a good quick introduction, but I would encourage people to find other sources for more in depth.

Wow! This book packs a lot into a short amount of time

This book is great! Solid concepts without all of the BS and fluff. Concise and to the point. It was great!!

Bait and switch at the end of book

OK until you get to the final Chapter where you spend over 20 minutes listening to him try to get you buy a completely unrelated book of his, having nothing to do with what you paid for. I think that's unfair.

Shockingly helpful

I can't believe how much I learned from this one hour book. I will be relistening regularly. I can see how my actions have been the source of my own pain at times. really good advice that I plan to implement today. I wish I had found this 20 years ago.
