Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) is one of several types of personality disorders. NPD is a mental condition in which those affected have a deep need for excessive admiration and attention, a lack of empathy for others, an inflated sense of their own importance, and troubled relationships. Good Information
I was looking for some guidance on how to handle my current situation, and this really helped. I feel empowered by the knowledge that is provided in this book. I appreciate the app recommendations as well. I highly recommend this book for anybody in similar situations.

Clarity of terms, definitions and examples.
Straight forward, not extremely lengthy/wordy such as others in this category. Listing of resources at the end was useful. Tone of the narrator made it easy to follow along and listen to.
