A dark, quiet night at the Hotel Mann, a night like any other really. Jason’s been chatting with a lovely young lady for the past few hours, and they’ve decided to go back to his hotel room. Good times are expected by all. But then, a scream! A bang! And everything goes dark for our young protagonist. Waking up a few hours later, Jason finds out that the girl he’s been chatting up, Miss Lotsariches, is dead, and suddenly he and 9 others are suspects in her murder!
Clichés is a fun and funny novella by author Robyn Hartling that takes the reader into familiar, if punny, territory. Fans of the Clue films, the Inspector Godot stories, and murder mysteries with a comedic twist are going to enjoy this book! It was an amusing ride from start to finish; the narration was engaging, the chapter titles were hilarious, and the characters were a lot of fun! I look forward to more stories from this miniverse by author Robyn Hartling! Enjoy!

I'll also admit that for a hot second, I feared the narrator was going to be overly droll...but then he breaks into unique voices and shows plenty of range. That dryness otherwise suits the story well and overall it was just a fun little story.
Definitely worth it -- it's fun, fast, well-written, and well-narrated!
Fun, quick mystery!
