This is the lowest score that I have ever given, in fact it is the only time I have felt compelled to write a review.
I was going to say that it is repetitive, however that would imply that in parts it went somewhere.
It felt throughout the entire book as if it were written by someone who was simply inclined one afternoon to write a self help book and then they proceeded to do so over the coming days, fuelled only by the intoxication of their self reverence (or perhaps from the prospect of generating some income).
I’ll tell you what! I’ll save you 10 hours: take a look at the things that are holding you back, now don’t let them. You are welcome.
Relentless terrible analogies, contrived examples and comparisons chunkily drawn from the longest of bows.
If you are starting out a journey of building confidence this may offer you something, but to suggest it’s for people with any degree of substantial life experience and emotional intelligence then I’d confidently say that’s preposterous.
I simple can’t get over how long this book went for, if it couldn’t easily be reduced to a compact seven minutes then I must be from another planet. A genuine 2 stars
