Thrilling, jaw dropping 3rd book in the series

This 3rd book in the series continues on from the dramatic ending of book two, and what a ride this story is. Callie has become the Obeah Woman, but things were not as she thought, and when events become more complicated, she doesn’t know who she can trust or where to turn. Callie has to find who the puppet master is and fight to protect those she cares for, and for the lives and freedom of everyone. The narration fit the story nicely, giving the characters individual voices and showing the emotions and tension well. This is a thrilling story that has your heart breaking for what Callie has to endure. There are plenty of exciting twists, action, magic, secrets, betrayal, surprises and loss in this story, as well as some long-awaited romance. It is a well written, fast paced enthralling story with a jaw dropping cliff hanger at the end. I can not wait for book 4

Captivating Series

Book 3 continues this captivating series. Many secrets are revealed and the twists keep coming. The narrator is fantastic at bringing the story & characters to life - time flies when I'm listening.

Callie in charge

If a book/series could receive more than five stars then this would be the one. It is not a standalone and the books must be listened to in order.
As the saying goes, keep your friends close and your enemies closer but who is the true enemy in this story? Callie is trying to learn everything she can about her new position but things are not as they seem. In some ways it is like taking two steps forward and three steps back. When a major complication arrives to the island, it forces Callie to go into protection mode - but will it be enough? Kimberly Loth has designed a world as flawless as her writing style that will fascinate readers. There is so much going on in this storyline that at times it feels like whiplash. There are secrets, betrayals, and twists and turns to make you go OMG. You have to hear it to believe it. Do not wait and one click this book! I highly recommend! I volunteered to listen to a copy of this audiobook.

O MY WORD was this book great. I loved finding out who is really behind everything. The exact reasoning for everything and the history of it all was such a shock. I know that it is all a bit dark, but I loved reading this story and now I am dying to read how it is all going to come together.

Good book

Callie's life on the island has gotten even more complicated than she originally thought. This book has lots of twists and leaves you wondering what will happen next until the end.

This book was amazing. I couldn’t stop listening. Callie is still getting in trouble and Benny is still there to help. Definitely twists and turns in this series. I can’t wait for book 4.

better with this book. Callie rids the island of Samuel only to find he wasn't the one who was truly in charge.

Circus of the Dead #3 continues to bring more unanswered questions. This ends with the ultimate twist. Opulence of betrayal, intrigue, loss and secrets. Absolutely loved it. Looking forward to listening to the final book in this series.


Narrator Sarah Puckett flawless performance brings everything to reality. I absolutely love her inflection. I could listen to her all day long.
