I have trouble sleeping sometimes, so I thought why not check this out. It puts me down pretty quick

Christian meditations

This is a buddhism style meditation audiobook but for Christian. This is a good meditation book with relaxing sound for people that are not buddhist. Very relaxing sound with nice sound gentle voice guiding you in the meditation if you are a first time meditator.

This book was exactly what I needed

Not gonna lie i was kinda side eyeing it at first cause the whole 3 in 1 bundle thing barely cracks 4 hours but then it hit me these are supposed to knock you out, not keep you up. Been wrestling with insomnia cause of work stress tried yoga nidra before but these christian meditations work way better for me probably cause i grew up in church. Narrator’s voice is super chill without being cheesy scripture is blended in real smooth and it actually shuts my brain off without me spiraling about my to do list. Used it in the hospital too when life got ugly and honestly it gave me peace i didn’t even know i could reach again. This bundle legit pulled me through some heavy nights where nothing else worked.

sleep improving

Not very lengthy audio for a bundle – less than 4 hours and that may surprise you at first. At the same time, these parts are supposed to result in sleep during meditation finally, so the right one shouldn’t be really long listening.

As many others, I sometimes have sleep issues that I guess related to some challenging situations at work. Previously, I had some positive experiences with practices like Yoga Nidra, and I have to say these Christian guided meditations work even better for me. And probably that’s pretty logical since I was raised in a Christian tradition.
