Great affirmations

A great way to start each day with scripture affirmations and a meditation. It creates a positive mindset and a happy heart. have found comfort and peace in doing this. I actually like to end my day with this too as much as I can. I like how it is divided up to find what you might be going through. It is empowering to listen to scriptures daily the knowledge you gain.

Some nights I have anxious running thoughts even after practicing The Examen. I pray sure but I need to renew my mind, this or putting scripture on audio helps
